Returns and Refunds
All Intuit software (QuickBooks and TurboTax) is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. Quicken is also covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the software, you can return it for a full refund.
Physical items (CDs / DVDs) can be returned through Amazon.com, which processes and ships our orders. Items must be returned within 60 days of item’s original shipping date. To return a physical item, visit the Amazon Return Center to start the returns process and print a shipping label.
Downloaded software (i.e., you didn’t receive a CD or DVD, but rather downloaded your software) is refunded through the manufacturer, Intuit.com or Quicken.com. You may request a refund any time within 60 days of the purchase date of the downloaded software. Since there is no physical product, you are not required to send anything back to the Returns Department.
For QuickBooks and TurboTax, your return will go through Intuit. To begin the return process, uninstall the software then send an email request to [email protected] or send a written request to Intuit Returns, PO Box 386, Greenville, SC 29334-0386. Requests must be received within 60 days of purchase. Attach proof of purchase, such as the Your Order with Amazon.com confirmation e-mail. Refunds will be processed with a paper check within 3 – 4 weeks. Please be sure your address is current.
For Quicken returns, simply go to Quicken Returns and fill out the form. Your return should be processed within 6 weeks.
